What this site is

Mini Arcade is a collection of free browser games. The games run entirely in your browser — there is no account and no sign-up. The only information we store on a server is what you choose to put on the shared rankings, described below.

Local storage

Each game saves your best score, best time, or play count directly in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data stays on your device and is not shared with anyone, except a score you choose to submit to the shared rankings (see below). Clearing your browser data will remove it.

Shared rankings

When you beat your best score, you may be asked for a name (up to 12 characters). If you submit it, we store that name, the score, the game, the time, and a random anonymous ID created in your browser (it is not linked to who you are). The name and score are shown publicly on the rankings page. We also count how many times each game is played. To limit abuse, a one-way scrambled version of your IP address may be kept for up to one day; it is never shown and is used for nothing else. We do not ask for your email or real name, so please do not enter personal information as your name. To have an entry removed, contact us using the details on our main site.

Advertising

This site may show ads served by third-party advertising companies, such as Google AdSense. These companies may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit a page, which countries they come from and which sites send them here. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not identify you personally. Apart from scores you choose to submit to the shared rankings, your game progress and saved designs stay in your own browser storage and are not sent to us.
